Ingredients: Gourmet Popcorn, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Salt, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Color Added
The hydrogenated oil would make me put it back...

I think one of the reasons why I hate microwave popcorn so much is that they make the nutrition info far more complex than it needs to be...

The sodium in then entire bag is entirely too much for snack for me.. I think everyone should be concerned about sodium... but if it doesn't bother your body -once in a while you can ignore it...

You can make your own microwave popcorn...

Get a brown paper lunch bag... drop in a tablespoon or two of corn kernels... and put it in the microwave....(timing will be based on your microwave)
when it comes out- spray with some olive oil flavored cooking spray and sprinkle parmesan cheese - or whatever flavor you enjoy

I think I am lucky. I don't have to watch my sodium- I have a salt loosing disorder, my body hates it so much it keeps very little! :p I actually have to take sodium pills at times.. :(
