popping joints

Ive had this problem for as long as I can remember and wondered if anyone here had it as well. When ever I do situps or stationary bike, I can feel my leg kind of pop out of the joint in the groin. It only bothers me when I exercise and it doesnt hurt, its more like an awkward feeling.
 
ok i really don't know a damn thing about excercize but i do know, when i did sit-ups up untill a week ago, i heard a popping sound too that was kinda uncomfortable, i found it went away when i made sure my legs were like REALLY close together, try that i guess? who knows, may have just been coincedence lol
 
Another thing that causes joings to pop is your tendons moving over your bone. Usually after a while of working out the area, like benching and having elbows pop, your muscle gains more strenght to support your bone movement rather than have your tendon move it.
