Sport Pop

I have been reading a few articles about nutrition. In each, it only explains that non-diet pops would affect your bulking / weightloss, and mentions nothing about diet pops.

I love pop. I have to say. More than any food. The last 3 months, I haven't had a single pop, until right now. I'm sipping down one as I type this. I think I earned it after 3 months of great work.

I'm wondering, will pops like coca-cola zero effect my bulking? Or should I stick with 100% water + milk?
 
Once and a while, a diet soda is okay.. I have a regular soda every week, it's like a tradition now lol.
 
It isn't going to affect your diet unless you where like me and drank about 1.5-2L of Coca Cola a day.

Anyways, I'd stay away from the diet sodas as well considering they contain aspartame. I'd hope by now I've bitched about it enough for people to know about it.

It won't affect your diet as much as it will kill you slowly. So yeah...
