This is my first entry in the weight loss diary, So ok here goes I started dieting last week I started out at 244 lbs lost 2 so far and the way I am doing it is I am eating healthier I cut out the junk food and i'm drinking lots of water. My goal weight is to loose at least 95 lbs and 50 by the summer unrealistic im sure but im gonna ty like hell.
Today for breakfast I had about 1 1/2 cups of life yougurt crunch cereal W/ 1/2 cup fat free milk, Banana and coffee with no sugar and fat free creamer
Lunch- Non fat bluberry yougurt and an apple + water
Dinner garden salad w/ chicken and a balsamic extra virgin olive oil dressing 1 glass of cran-rasberry juice.
Snack-baby carrots w/ lowfat ranch dip
