This is my first entry in the weight loss diary, So ok here goes I started dieting last week I started out at 244 lbs lost 2 so far and the way I am doing it is I am eating healthier I cut out the junk food and i'm drinking lots of water. My goal weight is to loose at least 95 lbs and 50 by the summer unrealistic im sure but im gonna ty like hell.

Today for breakfast I had about 1 1/2 cups of life yougurt crunch cereal W/ 1/2 cup fat free milk, Banana and coffee with no sugar and fat free creamer

Lunch- Non fat bluberry yougurt and an apple + water

Dinner garden salad w/ chicken and a balsamic extra virgin olive oil dressing 1 glass of cran-rasberry juice.

Snack-baby carrots w/ lowfat ranch dip
 
Doing great! You can lose that weight be summer. I want to lose 50 by then also. Let's do it! hehe Hope you are having a good day.
 
Hello! Today was my first post too. I want to lose 75 total, but yeah 48-50lbs by July 1st. It sounds like you are on the right track.

:( Ok I blew it last night instead of the chicken salad I had 2 yes I said 2 Chicken wraps :( and the worst of it,1 PINT OF DOVE ICE CREAM OOOOOO MYYYYY GOD !!!!!:eek: My husband the B**TARD enabler says to me well you can cheat once a week, and me what did I do I listened I am back on track today and I promise never to do that again. I felt so guilty afterwards.:(

I'm new also but I'm reading the diaries and trying to support as many people as I can. I want to do that so I will receive a lot of support too. Keep going with your goals and keep writting. That will help you to accomplish your plans.

Hi CHIMISTAR and WELCOME :D to you too. I can't wait to be skinny again it's only been lets see im 36 now I think the last time I was a size 9 is when i was 15 so 16 years yup i'm ready. I just need support and motivation Good Luck to you.:)

I wouldn't beat yourself up too much over cheating. Your husband may have the right idea, or at least the same philosophy as me - you have to give yourself a treat every once in a while to maintain your sanity. Just make sure that you don't go overboard, and don't do it too often. And if you really feel the need to make up for it, just do a bit more exercise afterwards!

How ya doing mate any better today? Honest if hubby buys stuff like that don’t eat it he won’t do it again because these fellas can’t stand to see a feed go to waste or see that money being spent for no reason. You can have other takeaways though so see if you can get him to buy that instead. I hope your having a wonderful day.
 
secretly i think 'some' husbands thwart our efforts out of fear. I think they are afraid of their wives become nice and slender and the men are going to come sniffin around. Stupid isnt it? Not that yours is, but my H has been guilty of this behavior from time to time.
 
Hello ROSERED I havent touched the beer yet but it is in the refigerator calling my name the last couple of days :D . Honestly after he said go buy it. I got in the truck and right to the store, but the next time he says "go to the store" I will say no I am more determined than ever to get the weight off. I bought frozen friut and nonfat yougurt to make smoothies in place of ice cream ;) Have a wonderful day. I bet It's nice and HOT there in Australia wish I was there instead of here ( I am gettin to old for the cold ) BRRRRRRRR
 
I agree with you SKINNYKATE I had lost about 50 lbs a few years ago before all my back surgeries and he had had his comments about who was looking at me but not in a bad way. He reaped the benefits of it when I was "THIN" and liked to show me off. But this time around I want to knock him dead :D ( not literally ) :rolleyes: well maybe sometimes LOL
 
Good morning all :)
well here is what I ate yesterday
Breakfast-1 cup yogurt cherrios and 1/2 cup non fat milk and an orange

Lunch- Chicken wrap wrapped in a spinach garlic pesto wrap very good and some carrots and water

Dinner- 1 bowl of home made Pasta fa gioli <---if I spelled it right cran-rasberry juice

snack some unsalted shelled peanuts

Yesterday
Breakfast- Vanilla yogurt Cherrios non fat milk water

Lunch - Peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat and n orange , water

Dinner- Healthy choice frozen dinner and cran-rasberry juice

I spent most of the day in bed with a Migraine :(
 
you can do it !!!

I too have hade times when I have cheated but you can't dwell on them. Pick yourself back up and keep going. It sounds like you are doing just that. Keep up the good work I know you can do it!!
