HOW TO GET RID OF A POOCH THAT IS ONLY OUT AN INCH....I HEAR THAT ITS MUCH HARDER TO LOSE FAT WHEN YOU DONT HAVE A LOT. i HAVE ONE INCH AND DONT KNOW WAT TO DO. i EAT HEALTHY LOW CALORIES AND CARDIO 20 MINUTES 5 TIMES A WEEK
 
Kind of a vague post. Are you saying you want to lose one inch of fat around your stomach ?? You do cardio 20 minutes, 5 days a week. You eat a low cal, healthy diet. Well, first off, why kind of cardio are you doing ?? Fasted ?? Are you walking, sprinting, swimming, jogging ... How low calorie are you ? If it's too low, your body will store fat, thinking it is in starvation mode. Do you weight train ?? Add some muscle to your frame and you will burn more fat. We need a bit more info to better guide you, or try to anyway. :)

as jpc says, we need more information. Eat healthy, low calories? Perhaps what you are eating isn't optimal for fat loss. Give us more details.. then we can help you.
 
alright well my cardio usually consists of running 2-3 miles 5 times a week just jogging only...and 3 times a week i will hit on a heavy bag for 20 minutes.

My calories consists of around 1500 calories a day which i think is makin me lose some musle instead of fat but i'm not sure



i've been doin this for around a month and a hlaf and am losing hope....i think i'm gonna start doing full body workouts mon. wed. fri. along with running 5 times a week......also is it better to do full body workouts mon. wed. fri or is it better to do diff body parts mon tues wed thur frid

That depends. Some people respond well to 3 day splits (each body part worked once) and some respond well to full-body workouts. What body type are you?
Have you stats?
 
i'm not exactly sure but i'm gonna do mon wed fri- full body routine........and on tues and thurs i will just do the abs and cardio does ne1 know if that sounds alright

That sounds like a decent plan, just be sure you start to eat more than 1500 cals a day. IF possible, post what a normal days diet looks like for you.
 
1 inch pooch? that's a small dog.
