pony trekking

Pony trekking is long rides over the countryside..it's lovely. My dream is to try endurance riding or pleasure rides (but I need a pony..lol).
The owner of the trekking centre has offered Harry (the pony who i ride every week) for loan over the winter. Im so excited!!!. Im trying to get him in at a local DIY livery yard (we are at the top of the waiting list). Fingers crossed I get in. It would be lovely to have him over the winter. Hows your horse?? have you been to any shows??

No, I haven't been to any shows, unfortunately. At the moment, I don't have a horse. Jessie, the horse in my avatar is the QH mare that I take care of at the
Because she's liable to buck people off, and I'm still a somewhat green rider (It's been years since I had ridden last, and I've had a total of 6 lessons since then) I've only been able to ride her once. But, my goal is to ride well all year, and then lease her next year so that I will be able to work with her. So, I'll cross my fingers for you, if you cross them for me!
