plyometrics

A routine for what? What is your goal?

We do plyometrics for triathlon training and it makes a difference. I can't set up a routine for you because i don't feel that I know enough to do that but I can tell you what we do. We do a lot of suicides, burpies, box jumps, leap frogs (jump with 2 feet as far as you can in front of you over and over) and variations on sprints. I can never escape being sore from one of those sessions. Often an "obstacle course" is set up in the basketball court combining many of these movements and we go through it for an allotted time. Kicks my butt.

thanks ppl
