Plyometrics Recommendations Please

I just finished building 2 boxes the other day. One is about 12 inched and the other about 18 inches high.

I have somewhat of an idea of exercises to do with these since I did them for football in high school, but I was wondering if anyone has a workout plan designed specifically for plyometics on these boxes.

I am going to be doing these on my off days from working out, and I was thinking it would be ideal if I had a 45 minute to one hour set workout that I could do with these boxes. I might even throw in some weighted jump rope in between.

The basic exercises I have been doing are jumping with 2 feet, jumping each leg individually, jumping up then to the side then up then other side then up and back to start again (1 rep), and jumping onto one box then jumping down and back onto the higher box. I also do a side-to-side jump where I switch legs during each jump.
