I'm 35 year man, since september I started a change in my food intake as I was 194kg... I started a strict diet with an apple in the morning and salad with 50g chicken in the evening... it worked well till mid november were at a sudden I got stuck at 166kg, I realized that it was not going to work anymore and my metabolism was stuck... I decided to change to a low fat yogart in the morning 1 apple till noon 100g cottage cheese low fat in the afternoon, 1 ornge in the evening and 1 cup bovril (1/2 teaspoon) at around 18:00 ... by now I manage to go down to 154.5kg I also hate workout... but I go for a 6 - 6.5km walk once a week, this was even less in the begining due to my weight but now I feel better doing it.

My goal is the 150kg target which if I reach it I'm considering to consilt a nutritionist...

Basically my question is im noticed that my weight loss was constant in the first part but now as I go along is becoming very difficult to keep in constancy . What am I doing wrong?

Is this all your eating ? starvation is not a good option and far from healthy.

also remember weight loss is never consistent there will be times when the rate of loss is slow or stalls completely.

I agree with Trusylver, because you are doing harm with not eating normal food. And you have a lack of movement. Therefore, your weight loss is not constant.
Your body starts to fight in order to stay alive.
I recommend you to eat everything, but in small amounts. Then you are safe from " yo-yo effect" (when you don't eat normal food (you are dieting), then after you have lost weight and starting to eat normal food, then your weight is coming back).
NB! Most important is the balance between eating and movements. If you move only once in a week, then it's not helpful.
It is recommended to move at least 30-45 minutes every day. I recommend to walk for 45 minutes. Your heart beating rate must be normal and it is good, if you can talk normally with someone, while you are walking. :)
Then you must count, how much fat or kcal you burn, while you are walking. The point is, that you can eat as much you can burn in one day. If you burn more, you are losing weight healthily, and your body doesn't have to start to fight to stay alive.
GOOD LUCK IN REACHING YOUR GOAL! YOU CAN DO IT!

Hi Etienne,
I'm going to back up these guys too, starvation is not a good option, nor is it an effective one. Lots of people think you need to cut down on volume but you'd be surprised how much you can actually eat a day and lose weight if you're getting good nutrition. I'd suggest rethinking your approach here, going back to your usual number of meals per day but simply swapping out what you would normally have for good nutrition, I.e lean meats, lots of veg and some healthy fats. Likewise I'd always recommend activity too and the guys above have advised on this but mostly dont go the starvation route.
Good luck buddy!
