hey all
Can anybody give me advice.... i was told that milk is great to have before bed and your body loves to sleep on protien...
For dinner i usually have a very small peice of lean meat and spinach salad, most nights just salad with lots of legumes( i dont eat bread or pasta at night).
Im always hungry for more all through the night, protien shakes always settle my food and sugar cravings during the day, would the be any negatives if i was to start having them for dessert to make my hunger switch off?
