cardio won't do it for that last little bit of fat. Take a look at sprinters, then take a look at long distance runner. Notice how sprinters have way less body fat and look way more lean? Cardio can take you down to a low body weight, no doubt. but to lose that last little bit leaving you with that toned lean appearance you're gonna have to stop doing as much running and hit the weight room. no way around it.
