please i need help

hello I'm a 28 year old male I'm 5ft 11 and weigh 15 stone (210 lbs) my problem started about 2 years ago i was a regular gym visitor and had a reasonably good figure but i then broke my wrist and injured my knee in a accident which till now has kept me from gym with all this going on i was unable to continue in my job which led to debt which led to comfort eating which yes you guessed it led to me putting on weight I'm now really unhappy with my body especially my belly and love handles and my neck area, i have tried all sorts of diets and as much exercise as possible at moment but i cant shift weight, i cant afford to buy or join weight clubs at moment,is there anyone who can give me a good fast (but safe) way to shift this weight if poss i could do with diet plans and effective exercise routines. i will be most great full to anyone who can help because my body is starting to really get me down now.

Spend some time reading the stickied threads.. you'll get a ton of information that you need.

Your first step is to get your nutrition in check and give up the diet mindset - the only thing that's effective long term is a lifestyle change..

the threads in nutrition will give you an idea of how many calories you should be consuming and get an account at or one of hte 100s of sites on the web to keep track
