Please Help!

Hello. I am 13 years old and 5"10 and weigh 170 lbs. I recently changed my lifestyle 2 and started biking 7 miles a day to the fitness center where I work out. I started eating way more healthy. I ride my bike to school and back and run for 9 minutes in gym. If i keep this up, how much weight could i lose before august 2012, and is it possible that i could get a six pack? I plan to stick to this routine because i really want to change my life. Thanks. Feel free to ask anything else.

That's great to hear that you're adding physical activity into your daily routine and eating healthier. There's really no way to tell you how much weight you will lose in that period of time. For your height and weight, your BMI actually comes out in the 'normal' or 'healthy' range. The fact that you are 13 means that you're not finished growing, so your body shape and likely your height will continue to change over the next few years. Why do you feel that you need to lose weight?
 
Pretty much im not comfortable in my clothes and body. im the only overweight kid in my school and i want to lose weight so i wont have to worry about being made fun of. Do you think ill be able to lose weight effectively? Thanks.
 
If you stick with daily physical activity, avoid eating junk, and avoid overeating most of the time. Then yes, you should have some success with weight loss. Can you give a few more details like how often you workout and what types of foods you normally eat?
