Please help!

You guys are probably sick of this, right? Reading through and seeing some fat 18-yr-old posting a thread for some advice...but I really would appreciate it. I am 18 years old, I weight about 210 pounds and I am 5'11". I am currently at a waist 36.
I would love to lose all of the fat and gain some muscle mass...I do have some muscle but the level of it needs to increase. I want to drop to a pant size 32 maybe even a 30.
I have a body ball and two 25 pound weights...that's it. OH! And a DDR pad.
My reason for this is because I am so sick of getting picked on and I want to be able to defend myself...and I would love to go to the beach without having to worry about the attack of the belly flab...lol.
Any advice?
 
Read stickies, Find out your BMR (Basal Metablic Rate) Thats the amount of calories you need to stay at your current weight, and decrease it by 20%. Try to eat 5-6 meals a day one every 2-3 hours so your not hungry. Stay away from white breads and try to keep a balance of 30% protiens,fats,and carbohydrates. The other 10% is for whatever you want I would suggest a little more protien. Drink lots of water. Do cardio training: Jogging,swimming,jump roping, cycling. atleast 3 times a week try not to go over 6. Try to get your cardio up to 1hour a day eventually but start off with 20 mins. Do a full body Workout. I myself only have 2x20lb dumbells. I try to do my workout every other day, you need some rest period. Good luck and read the stickies.
 
We are almost identical, in stats that is. :p

I am 24 and 5' 11" ~200lbs and waist being 34.

I study with ISSA and am currently going through a fitness and nutrition plan that I have made for myself by using what I have learned from my course and what I found on this forum.

I'd say you're a good weight for your height. Instead of dropping calories just increase your level of training to gain muscle

Oh that'll be easy. lol. That just means I have to get up and do something every once in a while as oposed to just sitting on my butt all day.
 
Eventually you wont be able to sit on your butt until you know you have done everything you need to in your routine otherwise you will stress the **** out.....like me :)
