Okay, so i'm going to Turkey a month today and I want to get rid of the stomach which has slowly grown in size... It's sorta grown over a period of 2 years as I used to train at a tennis academy so i was ultra fit as opposed to recently where I find myself sitting in my room studying and comfort eating!
I'm not fat and I know you are going to tell me that I am normal weight but it's not my weight that's the problem I suppose - it's just the fat that only seems to have appeared on my stomach! I am 6 ft and about 11 stone-ish (maybe urging towards 12 stone now). It's not like a small amount of fat - there's a fair bit! Unless it's just me, unfamiliar with it...
I understand weight loss is a slow process that doesn't take place in the period of a month but currently I have the whole of summer (student) to work on it (particularly before turkey.)
I was thinking maybe sticking to 1200 calories a day and running daily? I would work directly on my muscles but I think there is too much fat there at the moment that I should probably get rid of through cardio work?
Please let me know if this is the right idea or if i'm going the right way and in addition, what foods could I eat to help!
N.B 18 year old male. thanks a lot in advance
