Question

Hi,
What weight loss programs have you been on? Do you currently exercise?

First, you have to built up your muscle before weight loss plan is carried out, That is because your current muscle will probably lose due to dieting.

This is false.

To built up muscle, you are required to do some regular anaerobic exercise, such as gym, sprint, push up, sit up and so on.

What qualifies you to be giving advice?

When you see your body is harder or stronger than before, you may start to do aerobic exercise along with dieting.

How is your body going to get harder if you don't lose the fat?

Or are you suggesting that your fat turns into muscle?

Dring this step, you can try yoga aerobic dancing, marathon and bicycling. This kind of activity will burn your body fat slowly, unlike the gym and dash which only consume water and glucose.

Huh?

The fat can not be burnt easily, so make sure you put more passion and effort on it. It is a long term plan.

Huh?

Anyway, if you think it is hard to control the food you eat, just click SPAM for detail.

Give it a rest and don't post spam.

TO THE OP, I SUGGEST YOU READ THE STICKIES.

:iamwithstupid: huh? with what is quoted by Steve.. seems that person removed their post.

I thought it wasnt possible or rather unefficient to try build both muscle and loose weight at the same time? aka body needs calorie excess to build muscle? all you can do is maintain what you already got...

tell me if I'm wrong.
good luck =)

I think their posts were removed b/c of spamming.

It's possible.

Simply not likely.

The further removed you are from your genetic potential, the more likely and the more easy it will be to accomplish concurrent fat loss and muscle gain.

Put differently, if you're carrying an appreciable amount of excess fat and/or you're new to weight training... there's a good chance.

Even if there weren't a chance, weight training while dieting is still something I highly recommend.

Women aren't going to bulk up even if conditions are primed for it. That would mean you're eating more calories than your body needs daily and you're progressively lifting weights with sufficient volume and intensity.

Women simply aren't hormonally dispositioned to increase muscle mass by a large degree.

Considering most women here are eating hypocalorically, I don't think anyone has to worry about bulking up too much.

=) sorry if you misunderstood me Steve, I meant: am dieting, hence I am just aiming at toning those bits (aka maintain the little muscle I actually got) instead of over-eating + training to actually build muscle..

but I agree that you cant build something without any input, here that would be a calorie excess. At least my biology degree was useful for something concrete ... yay! ^^;; (wonders why she studied biology...) but am sure I don't grasp everything so

thanks for clearing things up =D ... am not always good at expressing myself properly either, mother language being french.

Sorry, usually when women use the term "bulk up" they mean get muscles that are too big for their liking. This is a first, hence the confusion.

Hi

Hi I do Isagenix and workout. It's been great I too was 225 and Iv now rid myself of 30 extra pounds, woohoo. so excited. I am still losing weight and getting fit. check it out. It is way worth it. let me know if you'd like more information. Good luck

You're going to have a tough time putting on muscle while trying to lose fat. I'd just try and maintain the muscle yoiu now have by eating a lot of protein, more than you usually would and do plenty of extra cardio as well as continuing heavy weights.
