I've got a situation on my hands right now. Basically I'm doing summer school for university right now...and june means midterms and tests and all that. What I wanted to know was.. . . is there anything I can SAFELY eat/drink while i'm studying late at night that won't affect my progress so far.

I usually get to study only at night since i'm pretty busy during the day hence, I'm up till about 3am sometimes and I eat dinner at 6pm so there's a big time span inbetween.

Just wanted to know if theres anything I can consume besides water to keep me going for those extra hours i'm awake.

Thanks in advance!

there's a few threads on this topic but long story short - it's the amount of calories consumed in a day that matter -not necessarily when you consume them.

Save yourself some calories to have whilst you are studying in the wee small hours... and while sleep deprivation isn't good for you long term, you will be fine..
