I was on the low-carb for 2 weeks and just yesterday I gave that up and juts watched my calorie intake. THIS MORNING I weighed and I was up 1 lb. So you say still just watch calories and it'll even out?

your weight will temporarily go up, it happened to me before. i did atkins for a while, couldnt tolerate it and reintroduced more carbs = temp weight gain. keep on perservering and you will start losing. make sure you are eating the right amount of calories as well. slim

A day, 1lbs, I highly doubt you took in 3500kcal to begin with, nevermind in excess. It's just normal weight changes :)

probably a glycogen rebound, 2 weeks no carbs, then suddenly back on them, your body is going to overcompensate and reload glycogen as much as possible. could easily be the cause of 1 pound, or even more.
