Hi, I am currently a 16 year old going on 17 and I have basically no upper body strength. I can barely do 1 legitimate push-up and maybe 2 pull-ups. I am 6'2 and 160lbs. I want to enlist after my senior year (which is soon starting), but it would be pointless in my current condition. I need workouts and some nutrition information that would be most efficient in building upper body strength. Also a gym won't be available until around the new year. PLEASE HELP and thanks in advance.
