Please help me!!!!!

Hello everyone,
My name is Michael and i am currently 18 years old.
My first time here and I will make my messages straightforward and easy to understand.
I am new to body building and I need help getting yoked!!! I get pushed around and called a ****y ALOT because I am weak and skinny, this is my last resort ;( It really makes me feel like **** when i get bullied.
I am super skinny for being a 6'4 asian, currently sitting at approx 160 lbs. I have no clue as to what kind of exercise or workout i need to be doing inorder to get yoked ,which is why i came here for help.
I am extremely determined and dedicated. I will be willing to go through hell in trade for a satisfying result. so please, any guidance would be greatly appreciated. You might tell me that i need to bulk up but i really dont want to look huge. i just wana get stronger and look a little bit shredded lol but if it requires me to eat a **** ton, i will do it.
In conclusion, I am looking for an exercise routine that i can do for 30 days, including what i should be eating, etc. This 30 days will be sort of like an experiment and if progress is being made then i will definitely continue on . I can post pictures as a way of keeping track of the progress from the beginning to end.
This will be a new starting point in my life and i hope you guys can help.

Thanks again,
Michael

Welcome since no one has chimed in I will. First I don't think you will get any really noticeable results in 30 days on any program. Unless you will be using steroids. Maybe open your mind up to something more around 90. Second there is a lot of free programs out like jim stoppani's shortcut to size,or google a basic 5x5 program. Be prepared to eat get a app my like fitness pal who does must of the work for you as far as tracking proteins carbs and fats. Be prepared to eat but only good foods without getting fat. I have been lifting for a while and within the last couple months got the book bigger leaner stronger. It is cheap and good for a Beginner teaches basics comes with one year workout plan also teaches you how to figure the calories and what your day to day goals should be. For calories in protein, carbs, and fats. Then you can YouTube videos on the forum
For basic exercises. Maybe it would be good to get someone to go with you with the same goals. You can both keeps each other accountable.

I know my grammar and spelling is not great right now. But it a little after four a.m right now heading to the gym and I do not feel like fighting my iPhone over such things. Good luck.
