biking and nutrition
Hi my name is Beverly. I have started this thing. I am riding my bike everyday back and forth from work then downtown and back home while stopping at a gym called nine rounds its a kick boxing thing. I need help figuring out what to eat to loose weight gain muscle and get skinny. I have been doing this for 19 days now and I see rusults. It is a total of 24 to 30 miles total everyday it is ussually more on my days off. I also do a blog if your interested day 19 making it over the hump and crashing into Phillip. | Bevbikesfor90days's Blog
but my muscels have been cramping up at night. not sure what to do. Thanks for any help I can get.
