please help me!

Hi my name is Beverly. I have started this thing. I am riding my bike everyday back and forth from work then downtown and back home while stopping at a gym called nine rounds its a kick boxing thing. I need help figuring out what to eat to loose weight gain muscle and get skinny. I have been doing this for 19 days now and I see rusults. It is a total of 24 to 30 miles total everyday it is ussually more on my days off. but my muscels have been cramping up at night. not sure what to do. Thanks for any help I can get.
 
Hi Beverly, great work on cycling to work, 24-30 miles every day is a lot of cycling and you should see fantastic results if you can keep it up. Kick Boxing as well is great exercise.

The only problem you may find is it could be a bit too much for you to keep up as a routine.

To see real benefits you need to think long term, come up with an exercise plan which you think you can stick with for months/years. If you can, then fantastic. If you get fed up and stop, then you'll have lost all your hard work.

As important as the exercise is to make sure you're eating well. Minimize sugars, fats and simple carbs and maximise protein and complex carbs. Its as simple as that.

I used to get leg cramps at night but I don't these days. Maybe it goes as you get used to the exercise.
