PLEASE HELP me with weight loss, confused here!!

Hello Everybody!
i am new here on the forum
i am desperate and need help here!!
PLEASE HELP ME
i have gotten soo confused by reading soo many article on the internet
here who i am, please read and please help me

I am 16 years old,male 5'9 and weigh 228 pounds
i am on summer vacation now, and ready to lose weight
i have recently joined a gym close to me to lose weight in the summer
basically i want to lose as much weight as i can untill september, when i am in my new clases and want people to respect me instead of that silent fatass. I also avoid sitting with girls or being close to one as i am fat and she might wanna get away from me. Basically I have lost my cofidence. I am willing to DO ANYTHING to lose that weight

i am very confused by reading soo many article on the internet about weight loss and all of them claim different things. One say that you can lose one pound a day while the other say no more then 2 pounds a week is good. Articles can be soo confusing and also there are soo many diet that i am tired now. some artcle also suggest if you eat very less, you might be able to lose weight slowly then if you eat at normal amount, your cells would work and you would lose weight easily. i dont want this to happen to me too

i have 10 weeks (65 days) to lose as much as i can. I am hoping for losing 40-60 pounds in that time. I am thinking about exercise 4 hours a day including 1 hour of weight training 5 days a week. Can also do more hours if required.

I am sticking with danish diet for 13 days, right here which is good for your metabolism and you also lose weight, then i will continue with negative calories concept diet, basically eat food all the time.

Is negative calories food concept true. Is it possible to lose calories while you eat more, Here the list of fruit and vegetable that come in negavtive foods. Is the food in this catogory better to eat more and more to lose more calories or to eat as less as possible so tht you dont feel hungry and still have the samll amount of calories in you.

I have been working out on the tread mill and ellipticle machine in the gym,and they have two program fat burn and cardio. i dont know hich ones to choose from if i want to lose more weight. in many articles it says to lose fat you must spent a lot of time on fat burn to lose more weight. Cardio will build your muscle. any suggestion as to what heart rate i should be at to lose the maximum amount of fat/weight. So should i spent those 3 hours on high intensity (cardio) program or spent 6 hours on the low intensity (fat burn) program. Which one would be better to lose more fat/weight. Yes i am this desperat to lose weight and since its summer, i am doing this like a job, a job of losing weight.

please give me advice on this fat burn and cardio excercise, which i better

please if you can tell me about a diet that you can fastest lose weight.

and again is negative calories food concept true and the diest i am following good enought.

Basically tell me if my plan would enable me to lose the most weight in shortest amount of time

and can someone also tell me how much calries i should take in one day after i am off the danish diet since i would also be burning them

I wont claim to be an expert on weight loss, but i can tell you a few things that have worked for me.

1) combine both exercise and diet, its the only way to go, and it makes the whole process alot faster and easier.

2) in terms of exercise, if your using a staionary machine, check to see it it has a heart monitor u can put on your finger or wrist. If it does measure ur resting heartrate (should be between 60-105), now when u exercise attach the heart monitor and try to keep your active heatrate over 1.8 times your resting. Make it a point of concentration to keep that number at least that high for a cardio workout of about 30 mins a day. This will ensure you are actually pushing yourself hard enough for results while ur working out, and will give you a short term goal and focus to aim for and should take your mind off fatigue.

3) In terms of diet, fruits and vegetables work wonders. I once tryed a diet for 2 weeks where I ate nothing but fruits and vegetables, and drank water, as much as i wanted, but absolutly nothing else, except vitamins and protien pills. In 100% honesty I dropped 30lbs those 2 weeks, and when i went off the diet anything else was a treat, so i didnt need to eat much of those problem foods to satisfy my cravings. A word of warning tho, I wouldnt suggest u try this diet for longer than a couple weeks, its probably not the most balanced diet, but short term it works great.

4) A little weight training wouldnt hurt either, but i wouldnt combine this at the same time as #3. The expression fat makes it easier to build muscle is true, at least from my experience. Maybe get some mix for protein shakes from walmart or wherever, and drink one every time ur done lifting weights.

5) watch your diet once u do lose the weight, its way to easy to get it back, so basically just watch that u dont eat to many foods that are obviousy not good for you, and try and maintain at least 20 mins a day of exercise.

Dont expect to lose the belly or love handles over night, despite what some claim there is no such thing as isolated weight loss, u lose it evenly over your entire body, and your gonna lose alotta fat off your arms, legs, and face b4 u see a noticable difference on the belly, but just keep at it and u should be fine. No days off, no excuses, and keep pushing and challenging yourself to exercise longer and harder.

Thats all the advice I can really give, hope it helps.

goodluck

Losing weight is really a simple matter of having your energy output exceed the energy (food calories) taken in. If I remember correctly, one pound of fat is about 3200 calories. Calorie output is really difficult to estimate and varies widely between individuals. Since this is a running forum, the rule of thumb (and this is a VERY general approximation since the actual amount varies according to body weight, speed and terrain) is 1 mile burns 100 calories. Therefore, you get the idea of how slow a process this can be. Generally, anything more than about 2 pounds a week is difficult to maintain and is usually just a loss of water weight that is quickly regained when you become properly hydrated. Speaking of water, it is extremely important to drink a lot of water when you are losing weight. This is for two primary reasons, first it ensures that you are properly hydrated and secondly it permits the body to more easily flush the byproducts that are produced when the body breaks down fat and/or protein for energy.

Did you have any salad dressings with your vegetables?
