Percent Daily Values
* Percent Daily Values are based on a 2,000 calorie diet. Your daily values may be higher or lower depending on your calorie needs.
Calories 2,000 2,500
Total Fat Less than 65g 80g
Sat Fat Less than 20g 25g

Why does it say 0 cholesteral, and then under percent daily values, it states less than 300mg. i dont get it

The percent daily values are what you're supposed to get, not what the soup has :)

It's explaining how it got 0% of daily value (or 23% in the case of sodium)

You should get less than 2400mg of sodium, it has 550mg, 550 is ~23% of 2400.
You should get less than 300mg of cholesterol, it has 0mg, so 0%
