Please Help Me Please!

Dear Anyone!!! I am just turned 15, I am 6'0 ft. and 205 lbs. I have been lifting weights and working out with my football team since 13 yrs. old. I have lost 30 lbs. in the last five to six weeks dropping me from 235. My problem is my stomach, I lost all that weight yet my stomach still isn't pretty. At the end of my rib-cage it goes in a little bit then back out, only to give me massive love handles. And my stomach is even with my chest yet at the end by my waist it curves and I still have soft fat. From my shoulder up I looked ripped but the stomach is killing the beach bod! When i'm wearing a shirt though you would think I look good with it off, so my love handles aren't that out of proportion but I need to lose them, they make the rest of me look fat. Can someone please please please tell me some kind of good cardio workout, ab excercise, and a routine to do it in that will wash away these handles within the next month if possible. (Side Note: I take in about 1000-1500 calories a day without suffering, medication i'm on decreases appetite, but I take multi-vitamin pills everyday and make sure I get my share of milk.) ur stomach is the most stubborn, like 99% of us out there and will take the most work. Continue with your routine and losing weight and you will eventually lose the gut.
