Hey, I;m new here. I'm 15 yrs old. (male). and about 135 lbs. I've been working out for a little while now, nothing that serious. Just some freeweights,bowflex,and sometimes running outside/eliptical. I really want to get toned muscles in my chest/abs/ect... the whole section. here's a pic of what my stomach looks like. (hope the pic works). I'm really depreesed cause i've been working out for a while now, but i havnt noticed results. i know it takes some time though. here's what i want to look like. I want don't want to be a huge muscle guy (i just want to look defined and good in a bathing suit). u know? right now i don't have much of an upper body, which i can work on doing the bowflex/benchpress/pushups/ect... i'm working on getting some my back muscles,but my two main concerns are my abs and love handles. i've been doing diff. crunches for ever!! (like 200 a day). but i guess i should run and do more cardio stuff for them to show right? my biggest concern is my love handles. i;m a pretty skinny guy but i have some love handles still that won't go away. i want to look strait all the way down instead of being strait and then having curves (love handles) u know? when i press my love handle section i can really feel my bone there. so it seems like its just my bone sticking out instead of love handles. but i see tons of people my age where their figure is strait and they don;t have a bone/love handles sticking out. can someone give me a workout routine to get my abs defined and my love handles to go away. if someone has had a similar exsperience before please share what you did to look better. thanks for reading this long post. thanks.
