Im going to play high school football and am trying to get in shape. im trying to loose fat and gain muscle. Ive been doing the Schools summer weights program, its one hour long every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. we do all sorts of things like strength training, sprints, calisthenics, and just running. I want to get more of a workout. i have about 5 weeks before football starts. im wondering what i should do, i was gonna start running on the treadmill like 40 minutes a day, but i dont know what else to do, i also was wondering what i should eat on what days, because in summer weights we do cardio and strength training on the same day.
