ok. i have been lifting for about 5 months now, 3 nights a week. My goal is simply to build up my arms and chest because i am about 6'2 and 165 lbs. which makes me pretty lengthy. I am not trying to become super strong or anything, i simply want my arms to bulk up as much as possible. Now i'm in the market for some kind of powder supplement to help and i'm wondering what will help the most. What will make my arms and chest increase mass the most? i'm hoping for my desired result by the end of summer.
