hey to all and thank you for tryin to help me if possible, my name is john and i am 21, i am 5 foot 9, i was at 213 pounds 7 days ago i am now down to 205, my goal weight is 180, i am using hydroxycut hardcore, drinking only water (almost a gallon a day) and my diet consists of oatmeal and a cup of fruit for breakfast, lunch i usually do tuna on whole wheat sandwhich w/fruit, for dinner i alternate between grilled chicken, steak, salmon, tuna, w/ fresh vegetables and fruit, i have lost around 8 pounds in a week, i know most of it is water weight but i am starting to tell a difference in how my clothes fit and people are already noticing a difference! my workout rountine consists of 45 minutes of cardio (walking/jogging), 30-45 minutes of ab exercises, 30 minutes or so of dumbell exercises, i do this 6 days a week, is there anything else i need to be doing or not doing to reach my weight goal of 180 pounds withing a couple of months? please help if u can!
