Sport Please critique my new bulking diet.

Sport Fitness
Alright, so I did my research and spent some time on this diet, so hopefully it looks pretty good. I'm pretty new to bulking. Note: This is just on lifting days, I'm still working on my off day diets. They should be near the same thing, only 500 calories less on my off days.

Meal One: Breakfast (Pro+Carb) 6:00-6:30

-1 Cup Egg Whites
-1 Cup Oatmeal
-1 Cup Skim Milk

Total: 31Prot/88Carb/5Fat, 508 Calories

Meal Two: (Pro+Fat) 9:00-9:15

-1 Scoop Vanilla Whey
-1/2 Cup Cashews

Total: 30Prot/22Carb/34Fat, 484 Calories

Meal Three: Lunch (Pro+Carb) Either 11:30 or 12:00

-4 Slices Bread, whole wheat.
-2 Servings ham.
-2 Slices cheese.
-1 Large orange or apple.

Total: 43Prot/81Carb/22Fat, 666 Calories

Note: Meals 2 and 3 are the hardest to prepare for, because one's in between classes, and I'm at school. This is the most convenient and still beneficial food combo I could make for these times.

Meal Four: Pre-Workout Shake (Pro+Carb) 2:30-2:45

-2 Scoop Vanilla Whey
-1.5 Cup Blueberries
-1.5 Cup Skim Milk

Total: 54Prot/55Carb/6Fat, 470 Calories

Meal Five: PWO Shake (Pro+Carb) 3:45-4:00

-1 Scoop Vanilla Whey
-2 Tablespoons Dextrose

(Rough) Total: 25Prot/50Carb/3Fat 320 Calories

Meal Six: PWO Meal (Pro+Carb) 5:00-5:30

-2/3 Cup Mixed Veggies
-1 Cup Chicken Breast
-1/2 Cup Brown Rice

Total: 52Prot/87Carb/8Fat, 634 Calories

Meal Seven: (Pro+Fat) 8:00-8:30

-1 Cup Natural Cottage cheese
-1 Tablespoon Natty Peanutbutter
-1 Cup Skim Milk
-1 Tablespoon Flax

Total: 31Prot/19Carb/37Fat, 519 Calories

Grand Total: 3601 Calories, 31% Protein/ 43%Carb/ 25%Fat

Everything looks good other than the 3.5 cups of milk. I'd take out the last 1 cup of milk for dinner and replace it with water or something.

Thanks for the feedback, Phate. If you don't mind me asking, what's wrong with milk? If removed, I'd need a 90calorie replacement for it. However, I'm thinking of breaking down my last meal a little bit, because it feels like a bit much to eat just before bed, so I'll throw a little of that into a few other meals that I can.

Anywho, here's my diet on non-workout days. Please critique this one as well.

sounds pretty strict. that would drive me crazy real fast. you can actually have real meals ... mashed potatoes with dried curd ... make some Peanut Butter Balls ...
