please comment my workout log

Sunday - jogging
Monday - off
Tuesday - bicep, tricep, chest, abdomen, legs, deltoids
Wednesday - off
Thursday - jogging
Friday - off
Saturday - bicep, tricep, chest, abdomen, legs, deltoids

Time per workout : 1 hour

This is my plan on my upcoming workout and I will be starting on Tuesday...
I am a college student who has a whole day class on weekdays...

As you can see, it ain't much because I dont want to have very bulky muscles. I just want to have a lean muscular body. You know, those ones who perform martial arts cuz I practiced too.

Anyway, what do you think about my log?
Are there any things that is a must to be added?

Do some back work. Leave abs til the end, or omit them completely (they should be used to stabilise the rest of your body on all your other lifts anyway).
