Please can you answer these Questions about HIIT?

Hi everyone! I'm 13, girl, and i recently started exercising, hoping to get 2 pack abs.:cheeky: Well of course i have done lots and lots of research and i have come across high intensity interval training, and I really do like the idea of it. Although i might not call myself so fat that maybe obese, but im just above average. So, i'm not exactly fit, but not really fat either.
My main problem is my mid-section, ESPECIALLY my belly!
So, i'll get straight to the point-- I wanted to do Jogging 3x a week, and HIIT 3x a week, With sunday rest. But i just watched a video on Youtube and the guy sort of said that you dont really need the jogging... So now i've cut down to doing Hiit 4x a week- Monday, Wed, Fri and Sun.
1- What do you think of this cut back, do you think it's fine, or better if i included jogging too?

Also, i would like to ask:
2- I am sooo bad with dieting! i've tried it, and seriously i couldnt even last 1 week! So, the only way for me to diet is by actaully getting no junk in the house, but i mean my sister always eats junk too...So there's always some type of junk in the house.
This Question is just basically- With HIIT do i HAVE to diet? Because i read somewhere too that the younger u r, the more faster ur metabolism is, so i might not need to research, is this true?

3- Please have a look at this picture, the link may be long, but oh well hahaa:cheeky:

The above picture is JUST ABOUT how big my belly is.. I got to this state my actually not moving AT ALL and by eating sooo much junk! Like by that i say about 5 crisp packets a day.. Lots of candy... yeah i do have bad eating habits..
Just want to ask, if my belly is about that big^^, then how long do you think it'll take me to Actually lose all of that? I know its hard to tell, but generally, just roughly how long? 3 months? 4 months? If this could help, according to my mum she puts on weight easily and takes it off easily too, so i'm most likely like her.. So... how long do you think roughly?

4- How long would it take me to see the smallest difference? As in my belly shrink just a little bit to be noticeable? 2 weeks?

5- I do have cellulite, on my thighs.. I really don't like it! So of course again, with HIIT will i lose all my cellulite on my thighs?

6- If i do hiit, and my thighs aren't not too fat, but not thin either.. they're a little smaller than these:

So from the image above, what would my thighs be like? Skinny...Fit... if possible can you please provide a picture?

7- Will i lose weight?!?! Right now im 127 pounds... I'd like to lose around 20 pounds, so i also read on the internet, that you put on lean muscle with HIIT. But doesnt muscle weigh MORE than fat? Yes i would look fit, but i dont want to be like over-weight.. So with HIIT is it even possible to lose 20 pounds or will the muscle interfer?

8- Sorry its so long, but here's my last question:
Right now as i said earlier, my body carries fat on my belly, love handles and thighs.. Generally, my mid-section. everywhere else (arms .. Neck etc..) i'm pretty skinny there.
So i'd say im a pear shaped? So bottom line- With hiit, is it possible for my body shape to be anywhere near Shakiras? This may sound weird but seriously i think her body is ideal :cheeky: I dont really get whats so 'amazing' about curves, so i dont want big curves, i just want a 'reasonable butt' hahaa! So i really love Shakira's body.. Will HIIT get me anywhere near her body, or if not, who's body am i most likely to get? (celebrity)

Thanks so much for ur help everyone! :) ;D

anyone...?!?!?!?

1 - As you'll burn plenty of calories anyhow, I think it's 'okay' if you make the cut, yet Running is always a great exercise, and you might just feel like doing it once in a while besides workout anyway, for a change.

2 - Definitely as young as you are it's a good time to get into a good habit, and try not to take advantage of a 'faster' metabolism, in my opinion. I know it's hard when people close around you eat junk, it feels impossible, so just. take some junk, but only once in a while, start by cutting back, or maybe have a tiny bit of junk as a prize for a good workout, but don't exaggerate or you'll waste the hard work :) Good luck.

3 - not a huge belly, still, quite some work. Anyhow not to sound annyoing but it really is hard to say 'how long', as it depends on many factors, ad if you manage to get it all together, meaning: Workout, good Nutrition and Rest, then I'd say in 3 months of hard work it should definitely be much smaller. All it takes it consistency in the work. If you skip workouts and stuff it will take much longer. As much as it sucks, you gotta burn all you eat and maybe more if you want to 'lose' weight.

4 - Too hard to say lol, no idea, maybe you will notice in 2 weeks some difference depending how hard you worked. And the best friend will be the scale, that'll notice ;)

5 - One thing I donow about Tbh, I'm a dude lol in my opinion It will help that aswell ofcourse.

6 - I don't know sorry, too hard to say, would be pointless to get a random picture. Everyone is different, everyone's results are different aswell. The harder you work the better they'll look to you I guess.

7 - yes, That is the whole point of it all. You will Sweat a lot, that is the #1 reason you lose weight. Sweat=lose weight. Lean muscle, very briefly, means it'll tone up your muscles, but it's not like you'll grow much muscle mass, (Which weighs more), don't worry about that. And anyhow, may sound nasty, but no matter how toned or lean the muscles are, you won't see anything until you get rid of the fat around them. Especially the Abs you want, basically, you will work them out, but they will not show yet until they're uncovered. Don't worry, you will lose weight/fat, and tone the muscles, in the end it will all work-out as you wish ;)

8 - Once again, I'll retire form that question, but I can tell you, it's pretty normal, when you start gaining Fat, belly, handles and thighs are the First places it's starts to accumulate, simple as that.

You will look better, but most of all my advice personally is, don't worry too much about that, feel happy and content of your work, and the results and also your improved health. ;)

Hope I helped a bit, Best Wishes.

You're Welcome, Best of Luck and Health to you,

:)
