Went to a 18+ Casino called Morongo, it was amazing. My friend's wanted me to play on the blackjack tables, but blackjack is too quick and the machines were too boring. So I went straight to the Texas hold em poker room
They have texas hold em in a seperate private room and when i walk in I see a guy who takes the appointments of players wanting to play and waiting for tables to open up. I walk up to him and he just looks down on me and i am like " uuh, i want to play ". Then he was like " 2/4, 3/6, no limit, limit", and I responded with "limit, uh whats 2/4 3/6, then realized he meant thats the bet amount and I felt like an idiot"
So I sat down and waited for a 2/4 Limit table to open up, and when I did sit down on the table everyone around was were senior old guys who look like they are pros, and they just look at me like " Who the **** is this young kid ?"
I put my 20 on the table and wait for the person to come with my chips and they look at my 20 all funny ( they all had stacks of stacks of chips ).
The 20 dollars lasted me about a good 50 minutes on the table. There were a couple times I was all in and doubled up. My last hand I had pocket Ace's and I checked it hoping someone would raise, at the flop there was another ace and 2 jacks so that was a full house right there. Someone finally bet , then the next person re raised and i TRIPLE raised hahahaha.So we just kept re raising and raising it again. When I won the guy was like " Im happy I lost to a hand like that" . I won 75$ in that hand alone, after that i decided to cash out while i was still winning so i left up around +95$
It was a great experience, I want to come back another day and register in those all day long poker tournaments.
