plan for today...

no pt this morning due to an E.O./Sexual Harassment class my company had this morning... so tonight after I go tanning I'm planning on going to the gym of course. Lifting, 20 minutes on the tredmill, then some Tae Bo I have (it supposedly focuses on glutes and abs) then 8 minute abs before bed! =)
