I don't feel I am doing things properly, and I don't want to be wasting my days at the gym. I am looking for advice from some of you gurus on a good place to find weight-loss and muscle toning routines so I am maximizing my efforts at the gym. Right now I am doing about 20-40 minutes of cardio on the eliptical and the stationary bike, then trying random weight machines.
