Sport Pizza for Cheat Meal

Hi guys,
I was wandering if eating pizza for cheat meal is OK. How much is OK to eat for a meal? I have cheat meals once per week and its time now yay and i am craving for pizza :)

If it's a cheat meal, you eat whatever you want, right??? :rolleyes:
Eat up! I find that I can only do 1-2 slices...and then feel yucky the next day cuz my body's not used to it.
 
Its all about feeding your soul and giving yourself a mental and physical rest from your strict diet.
If you do not go WAY overboard things will be just fine. The problem with free meals is when people take things to far.

Your mind may know that it is a free meal, but your body doesnt. It will deal with the macronutrients accordingly. If you go all out and eat an entire large pizza right before bed, you can bet that you will store a little fat off of it.
If you have a few (maybe 3 :)) slices at dinner time, you should be in the clear!

lol, you can eat whatever you want.. but your body will not function any differently because it is a cheat meal. Just keep that in mind :)

Relax and enjoy some tasty food though!
 
As with everything else - moderation's the key. Having 1 or 2 slices is far different from having that large pie. Then again, so is having 1 apple as opposed to 10.
