"Pistol jumps are great for increasing explosive jumping power!
Most athletes can't and won't do it without a lot of work. After trying a few times and failing, most give up and never try again.


Start slow, take your time, and don't try to rush your progress. The pistol is a very challenging exercise and can have even the strongest of athletes falling on their butts very easily. "
