Pilates every day or not?

I have read a few posts that seem to say differing things on this matter.
If I do about 20 min of interval cardio daily, would it be considered "too much" if I add weight training and pilates also?

(But in the order of: weights, pilates, cardio)

If our bodies start burning muscle after 60 min of training, then if I do 20 min cardio and 30 min pilates and a few sets of weights, would it really be damaging the muscles?

I would really like to get to the bottom of this....
 
You could see...I sprained my stomach that way, though.
 
Adding weight training 3x a week (assuming a full body routine, including abs) and pilates once or maybe twice sounds like a good idea. But your mileage may vary - have you asked your doc what to do?
