Sport pickles

i was walking by in the store to pick up my usualy, huge ass can of beans, and i notice a huge jar of pickles. i was like dam i havent had a freakin pickle in forever, and i love pickles. and i remember them having low calories. then i looked at the nutrients, low calories for sure, but its like eating salt. id love to incorporate pickles into my diet as a snack or something, but like half a pickle is 10% dv of sodium ( i think it was roughly that ). so would that not be such a good idea? i dont know if pickles are filling like fruit, and i will probably be tempted to eat alot of pickles. lol pickles is a funny word. but yeah...

man i just farted and it smells terrible.
 
If you have or plan to have a lady in your life i'd steer clear of anything pickled in strong malt vinagar. Your breath will reak and it makes ur man juice taste bad.
 
Sodium isn't an issue when you're already eating a clean diet. The reason people seem to worry so much is because Americans eat so much processed foods and junk and are overweight - then it causes the issues. But having a pickle everyday isn't going to hinder any progress you're making.
 
If you're eating a clean diet, you shouldn't be close to going over your sodium daily limits. If you are, then you need to re-asses your diet and see if it's really clean.
