Sport Pho - its a Vietnamese noodle dish

Sport Fitness
This is a very popular noodle dish and it's soooo tasty!! Has anyone heard of it? Anyway, I have about one of'em once a week for lunch.

In a Pho: flat rice noodles, beef (lean), meatballs (consist of minced beef, I hope!:p) and shallots/spring onions then I add bean sprouts, chilies and basil. All this is served in a large bowl of broth. I'm not sure but I think the broth is made from boiling beef stock and bones amongst other things. The flavour is absolutely amazing and very addictive.

Based on the ingredients from above paragraph. Does this sound like a reasonably healthy lunch?

BTW, Happy new year everyone!!

It sounds 'reasonable', but it really depends on what is reasonable to you.

Are you trying to just eat healthy?
Trying to lost weight?

Don't know what you mean by 'what is reasonable to you'?! What I'm trying to do is lose body fat, not so much weight though. In other words, eat more calories but right calories... at the moment I haven't been too successful with this, too much junk intake. :confused4: I really don't think a Pho is bad, except it only comes in big servings.

I love vietnamese food.
You've got to try a Pho, or have you already?! So simple and so so good!!

Man, Pho is the bomb!! I'm been stuck in Europe for business and it's hard to find stuff like that!!
