This is a very popular noodle dish and it's soooo tasty!! Has anyone heard of it? Anyway, I have about one of'em once a week for lunch.
In a Pho: flat rice noodles, beef (lean), meatballs (consist of minced beef, I hope!) and shallots/spring onions then I add bean sprouts, chilies and basil. All this is served in a large bowl of broth. I'm not sure but I think the broth is made from boiling beef stock and bones amongst other things. The flavour is absolutely amazing and very addictive.
Based on the ingredients from above paragraph. Does this sound like a reasonably healthy lunch?
BTW, Happy new year everyone!!
