I've never written to you before like this, but I really do need your advice on what could be a crucial decision.

I've suspected for some time now that my girl has been cheating on me.

The usual signs. The phone rings, but if I answer, the caller hangs up. My wife
has been going out with the girls a lot recently, although when I ask their
names she always says, "Just some friends from work. You don't know them."

I sometimes stay awake to look out for her taxi coming home, but she always
comes walking up the drive as I hear the sound of a car leaving, around the corner, as if shes got out and walked the rest of the way. Why? Maybe she wasn't in a taxi at all?

I once picked up her cell, just to see what time it was. This caused her to go completely berserk. She quickly snatched the phone out of my hand and cursed me hysterically, screaming that I should never touch her
personal property. She then accused me of trying to spy on her !

Anyway, I have never broached the subject with my wife. I think deep down,
I just didn't want to know the truth, but last night she went out again and
I decided to really check on her.

I decided I was going to park my IS300 next to the
garage and then hide behind it so I could get a good view of the street around the corner when she came home. It was at that moment, crouching behind my car that I noticed a large amount of engine oil leaking from the sump.






So, is this something I can easily repair myself or do you think I should take it to a specialist ?
 
It's probabally the seals. It really depends on the way your engine is set in. You might need a lift to take it out and inspect it.

Once more...answering in this forum because I havent reached my "5" - You can certainly email me and tell me what the other names are.
I suppose its possible that 2 visiting adult sons or an adult daughter might have logged on to their own private name while visiting.
One is a kick boxing instructor and the other a fitness trainer (as their second jobs LOL) and the third likes to consider himself the most buff college male in Quito, Ecuador.
Hm.m.m.m. I can't think of why any one person would want multiple names - unless they were selling something ... or had a horrible memory (that "it's a blessing and it's a curse" thing)
Forgetting the bad - past the point where one learns the message and moves on... that seems like a good human ability!

are you joking now NBS? :p look at the last line, that is referring to the problem with the car, not the problem with his GF cheating :p
 
Cut the break lines and "accidently" smash though the house thereby getting a new car and a new front door and a new wife.

His GF is cheating on him, and in the begining of the story it sounds like that is the problem, but it turns out that the GF cheating on him is just the context of what is the real problem, which is the car being broken.
Get it? You're supposed to think this is a thread about his GF cheating on him, then it turns out that it is not something he cares about and he just told it to get the story about the car in context. It's because he is a MAN! :D

I can't believe we needed an explanation for this.

Anywho, that's a good one! Did you make it up or hear it somewhere?
 
I heard it somewhere.. I did it here before, but it's been a while so I figured it was time to hit the new people.
 
Yeah, you probably did it back in '74 before I was a member.
