Sport Perfect food no poo?

Sport Fitness
So lets say some one had the perfect diet and was consuming the 100% perfect amount of food needed for there body for whatever they where doing at the time does this mean that there is none left over for poo? so one could possible never have to poo in there entire life? or maybe even wee for that matter?

Not exactly. I think all foods have indigestible compounds. Those exit the body in the form of "poo". I guess technically if you could eat pure carbs, proteins and fats in their pure form, then technically there wouldn't be any left over stuff to poop out. But I don't think this is attainable.

What in our Poop? Lets see, HE, HE :) Even a perfect diet will have poopie ;)

From what I have read on the subject:

A typical stool contains 75% water, 10% dead bacteria, 10% fiber, and a mixture of fats (e.g. cholesterol), proteins, inorganic salts, dead cells, and mucus from the lining of the intestine.

The proportion of water depends on the amount of time it stays in the intestine. In case of diarrhea, the stool looks runny because there is little time for water to be absorbed by the intestine. On the other hand, in case of constipation the stool is often very hard.

The dead bacteria are dead micro-organisms which help digesting our food in the intestine

Stool stinks because the bacteria that help digest our food produce smelly organic compounds rich in sulfur and nitrogen, same compounds that give fart its "unique" odor.

Our poop is brown color mostly comes from bilirubin, formed by the breakdown of dead red blood cells, which our bodies try to get rid of as waste.

Our stool may not be brown all the time. For example, green stool can result from rapid transit of feces through the intestines, as in diarrhea. The color can also come from pigments, like a blue-color ice-cream or red chili.

===================================================================

Lets no forget the "Floaters" HEHEHEHEHEHE

The 'floaters' have a higher gas content. You can think of it as fart being trapped inside. Poop with a higher fat content will also float.

That's enough "Crap" for one day......:)

I believe that is one of the most unique questions I've ever seen asked on here.

and thanks for the info Chillen, I'm sure that will make for really good party conversation. LOL

Even if you somehow ate foods that magically had every thing that you needed and not a bit more, you would still make twosies. Besides unused parts of food, you excrete dead red blood cells (a red blood cell lasts 2-3 weeks tops), dead bacteria, and other similar waste products - stuff that your body would need to get rid of, since with many of the components your body takes in, it converts it to something else and discards what it doesn't need.

Also, your digestive system is kind of like your heart in the fact that it's really unhealthy for it if it stops functioning for any extended period of time. Coma patients have to be force-fed some solid foods to keep their digestive systems going, or else they'll more or less atrophy away.

Chillen, When you copy and paste from other websites, be sure you give the URL. I mean nothing bad by this. But, I see you do this quite a bit.

Thank the website.

Im sorry, if I didnt put the link in. I normally do try to do this, to give credit, and this was a human mistake. I hope you accept a human mistake, as it is simply only this, and nothing else.

I have many posts with articles and quotes to prove I give credit when its due.

Thank you for your constructive input, Trevor.
