Hi Guys,
I just wanted to make people aware of the following.
At the beginning of the year I was really struggling to focus on diet and exercise and kept putting it off. I was really looking for some motivation and guidance and kept searching the web for some inspiration.
I came across a website called which seemed to be what I was looking for. It offered a online personal trainer, diary, cardio and strength training plan.
The cost of this was £29.00 per month,(yes I should be admitted for even considering to spend that kind of money).
But I thought, Ok, I'm serious about this, I want to lose body fat, get healthy and meet my goals.
After a few days of using the site I felt that I wasn't getting the support I really required and I had also found this forum and other sites which offered the diary and exercise programme for a quarter of the price or even no cost at all.
I emailed the personal trainer to let her know that I would like to cancel my next month's subscription. I had paid via worldpay, which means the cancellation can only be made by the company who are providing the service. The trainer said she would look into this for me but for whatever reason, she has been very reluctant to resolve this issue.
Anyway cutting a long story short, two further payments have come out. I have now spoken with my bank who are looking at this as a case of fraud.
I just wanted to say if anyone was considering the above mentioned site, be very sure before you sign up.
Sorry to get on my soap box but this really has annoyed the hell out of me.
