I'm 19, almost 20 years old. I want to end my teen years by starting good habits. Your twenties are apparently the best years of your life, so I really want to make them count. So, I'm going to lose weight...

I'm going to lose 50 pounds. Yep, I'm around 150 pounds right now, and my goal weight is 100
I will eat a steady 1200-1299 calories/day until I reach it!
