I'm 19, almost 20 years old. I want to end my teen years by starting good habits. Your twenties are apparently the best years of your life, so I really want to make them count. So, I'm going to lose weight...

I'm going to lose 50 pounds. Yep, I'm around 150 pounds right now, and my goal weight is 100

I will eat a steady 1200-1299 calories/day until I reach it!

The main reasons why I want to lose weight:
1.) To look better and feel more confident
2.) To be healthy and prevent disease
3.) To last longer on my walks, runs, and hikes

Today was okay. Maybe not the best food choices were made, but I still ate at my calorie goal!

Life is getting a little stressful

My future isn't very certain and a lot of changes are happening. I'm glad that I'm not stress-eating, though, because that would make things a ton worse. I just need to keep my head up. Breathe. Survive. I'm sure things will be okay in the end

I guess I should have said:
I'm short, just a little over 5 feet tall, so eating 1200 calories/day will work for me because I have a lower BMR. If you're tall, or if you work out a lot, maybe you should eat a little bit more because your body needs more to function

This is just a disclaimer!

Also, if I lose 2 pounds/week from this plan, I should reach my GW around January-February 2022. In my opinion, that's not a very long time away! Just one semester
