pectoral

Hey...i just recently started working out and stuff and i have recently lost alot of weight, but one thing that does not seem to be toning down is my poectorals, well nto exactly my pectorals....but like my nipples seem to be as bit larger than normal from the excess weight i had once had....how can i get rid of this

There isn't really a quick fix. My guess would be that this is from the skin stretching from the fat that you had at one point, and have now lost - so the excess skin has to go somewhere. About the only thing you can do is keep working out, keep your skin moisturized and hope that it still has enough elasticity to return to a smaller size and get rid of the excess. But it is a much nicer problem to have than carrying all that extra fat around, isn't it?

Well, only time will tell if your skin still has the elasticity that it used to. I have dropped 65 pounds in the past year and mine isn't as elastic as it was but it is certainly better than right after dropping the weight. So give it some time. But the other option is plastic surgery...
