Pecs??

So I've been heavy my whole life and within the passed year I've finally found a system that works for me to trim up. I've only lost about 15 pounds, but I think the key is that I'm converting to muscle... so it's more a matter of seeing the results and hearing from everybody how good I'm looking (and picking up on more womens). Anyway, I've got giant man-boobs from being overweight for so long and they're the only thing not disappearing. I know it's not pectorals... So my question: I'm shaving fat by doing alot of exercise bike, how do I get rid of the jugs?
 
i know what ur talking about. Just bench press da **** outta em. By making the pec muscles stronger, they will naturally burn the fat away, giving u more definition.

Ok, I was told the opposite - that if I work those muscles, it'll just build up behind the fat and make my man-boobs look bigger...

Will I want to bench high-rep or high-weight? Thanks.
 
den probably the best thing to do is do the high reps low weight thing. i have never tried that before, but a lot of ppl say it works.

Wait

If you continue losing the extra fat, that eliminates fat as a source of the problem. The only other thing is loose skin from being stretched so long. That will tighten a bit with time. If you build the pecs under the loose skin, it will help fill it out again with hard muscle, not saggy fat & skin. If the problem persists several months after you lose the extra fat and build up the pecs - then it will never get better without surgery. I hate to tell you this, but you may need cosmetic surgery to take out some of that extra stretched skin.

Muscle weighs more than fat. if you gained a lot of muscle, your weight would stay the same, but your overall body may look and feel better.

I say concentrate on losing fat - lots of cardio exercise. Do weights as well, but dont go mad. Dont use heavy weights or it will make your pecs look even bigger as the muscle builds and pushes out the fat even more.
