pear shape risk

hello,
i'm 5'7" and weigh around 60 kg (134 lbs).
while i recognize that this is not a horrible weight to be at, my body is out of shape.
my upper arms, hips, waist, buttocks and thighs tend to be quite thick and flabby and im afraid it will fledge into pear-shape.

my weakness is sweets and carbs.
will literally be binge eating bread in the middle of the day for no reason.

i'm hoping to drop and maintain my weight at around 125 lbs, and firm up some fat for a less curvacious figure.
(by this, i mean that my lower body would be in better proportion to my upper body)
will likely not have time for excercise, so this will have to be diet-based.
any tips ? and thanks in advance

Peace, Arisa, have you lost a lot of weight, is it lose skin or fat? 134 lbs 5'7" sounds like a good weight, we're the same height but I am 120 lbs., I haven't had this problem with my upper body, where I struggle is my buttocks, it was really saggy it looked nice in my jeans and everyone else thinks I should be happy but at the end of the day it's not about what everyone else wants for me, when I was big people would judge me when I lost weight people would say things like " don't lose anymore weight, you look sick" smh, I just "Do me" now.

These are the things that are working for me.....
1. I started meditating-Although there's not a lot of research showing that meditation directly helps you lose weight, meditation does help you become more aware of your thoughts and actions, including those that relate to food and/or weight gain.
2. I started eating more protein, protein helps keep your skin moist, wrinkle - free and elastic.
3.I started eating more fruits and veggies
4. I stopped smoking, studies that looked at the presence of lines vascular and pigmentation, elasticity, brightness, and texture and found that the average biological age of subjects was 9 years older than their chronological age.

That is their skin looked 9 years older than it actually was.
