Sport Peanut Butter

So i figure as long as i've changed my entire life around to aid this diet/exercise/cutting/bulking as much as possible, i might as well go for gold...

Right, so i eat natural peanut butter for one of the sources of my fats, and i use the Smucker's Nat PB variety, but reduced fat. Compare that to the same thing, not the reduced fat version. I know the difference is negligible in reality, but just so i know a little bit more about this, is having a slightly lower saturated fat content worth an equally lower good fat content?

I'm sure someone out there has thought of this, buys it, and figured it out lol...drop me a line ;)

Thanks ^^

go for the normal peanut butter. The low fat version adds more atificial ingredients and doubles the carbs. Dont stress over peanut butter-its good for you. I eat 1 heaping tablespoon twice a day. :D

Yeah I know what you mean, stick with the regular peanut butter (NOT reduced fats) because those polys and monos are kickass.

in all the natural peanut butter all the oils separate though so be careful when you stir it; it is a lot harder than you think.

i had a bad experience: i spilled the oil all over the counter and on myself kuz i tried stirring it too hard with a spoon ><
