Sport Peanut butter?

Any good to eat regularily?

I mean, so far it seems to match every other cream thing I found. Nutella, for example.

I thought it would contain a higher protein content, but it doesn't. Too bad. The only portein I get from eating it comes from the milk and bread that I eat alongside it. :p

If its fufilling your daily requirements for your goals. Mainly if your trying to gain weight a couple scoops a day would help.

It contains plenty of protein. there's normally about 25 grams per hundred grams. It's quite high in fat, about 50 grams per 100 grams, so don't go overboard. It is mostly monunsaturates so the fat isn't that bad. In general it's like most things, good in moderation.

Almond butter is a good alternative, it contains less saturated fats.

Alright. I plan to cut down a bit.

I have SERIOUSLY noticed that I am startomg tp gain a little more fat now that I've cut out circuits and any cardiovascular whatsoever.

100% natural peanut butter should be a part of your daily diet for anyone, am I right?

It contains many good fats your body needs. Though you can also get these fats from avocadoes. But peanut butter (100% nutural) and avocadoes should be especially important when trying to gain muscle mass.

I have 4 teaspoons a day.

oh yea, natural peanut or almond butter are great choices to include in the meal plan. personally i look at it for its fat intake and have a serving in my pre-bed meal all the time. :)

Nobody - peanut butter is a great dose of protein. Heck, 3tbs has as much protein as a steak just about, plus you can eat it on the go. I think its one of the best sources of protein and fat because it tastes FREAKIN GOOD and its easy to carry around with you. Just get a bag of them. I am assuming your in junior high or high school so you can just keep it in your backpack. Avacados are good but it goes bad so fast you might as well eat the peanuts. They are good for your skin too.

I don't know what type of peanut butter you guys use, but where can I get some?! XD

The stuff I use has only about 3g of protein per table spoon.

Yeah organic is good, plus its so dang thick you will crave milk which is even more good protein. Organic is the best kind which you can get at Costco or Sams Club, I don't know if you have any Lassens Health Food Stores but they hve it too. If not grocery stores sometimes have organic types, Vons Safeway Albertsons ect... If theres no organic go for the brand names like Skippy or Jiff. Last I checked theres not much added sugar or other crap to those. Good luck Nobody.

We eat the peanut butter for the essential fats, not the protein in it.

On a nice, clean diet, most poeple end up not getting near enough fat in the diet. Peanut butter, flaxseed oil, and fish oils are the supplements used to correct the fat deficit.

For example, when I eat real clean, my fat intake is only 15% of my daily calories...it should be 25-30%.

The optimum fat intake is 15% of your calories. Anything below 30% is good but if you can get it to 15% don't add more. Of the 15% roughly a third should be polyunsaturated fats, about equal measures of omega 3 and 6 (perhaps a little more 6), a third should be monounsaturates and a third saturates. There's actually no need for any saturated fat in our diets so if you can cut this down all the better.

Well, everythign I've read states 20-30%, not 15%. when I sit at 15% my skin gets dry, my hair gets dry, my cuticles become hang nails.
so then I start taking flax seed oil like I know I should, and without any change in hydration my skin and hair goes back to normal.

Your probably lacking omega 3 and 6 when you don't take the flax oil. Try taking to flax oil and keeping you fat from calories down to 15%. If you skin still dries out then fair enougth, everybodies different, but it shouldn't do.
