Harro Its been awhile Ha, College starting up soon, I haven't had time to post or anything bleh ><

Anyway, a thing thats ALWAYS been on my mind and now wondering..

Peanut Butter an Addiction put period. I would eat it at least 5/7 days a week if I could, but I know it couldn't be all to good for you..but yet I read it is but it isn't back and forth back and forth..

So Recently I tried Peanut butter and Banana's and I am Hooooked :O
A Wrap with a Serving of Peanut butter and a Banana fills me up more than dinner.

Now is this Sweet combination Good or bad for you? :[? I want to know before I start getting bad with it XD, obviously every day probably isn't all to good, but I'd love once or twice a week :D

I needs knowledge!!
P.S. I do Exercise Regularly..if that will change you answer XD.

Depends on how much pb and the type you are using. You should try to use natural peanut butter if at all possible, and make sure you measure the amount you are using based on how many calories you are wanting to take up with each meal.

I myself and a pbaholic, and my hubby would probably put me in PBA classes if there were some available LMAO. Good luck with your classes!

I used to make this one pb recipe with bananas. You take and mix 1 tbsp pb w/ 1 tsp honey. smear it on the banana, then roll it in wheat germ - I think I used the honey flavored kind.

It was yummy and sweet and good.

I love the peanut butter-banana combination as well, but moderation is the key. After all, banana does have sugar and peanut butter has fat. :)

As long as you don't fry sandwiches up grilled cheese style like The King.

I don't really see a problem with your recipe...in moderation that is.

I love pb & bananas , I have it for breakfast couple times a week. I use one tbsp of pb and one banana sliced up for about 200 cals.

I LOVE peanut butter and bananas. I usually roll up a whole wheat tortilla with 1 or 2tb peanut butter (depending on how much protein I need after weight training) and a small/ medium sized banana. (fiber/ protein rich snack) Bananas are an awesome source of potassium and I wouldn't worry about their sugar content unless you're diabetic and trying to watch that. Peanut butter's great (and I'm not talking about the low-fat type... ) because it's healthy fats as opposed to shit fats like butter and whatnot, also a good source of protein. Your best bet is to measure it out, so you know exactly how many calories you're consuming. GOod luck.

Wow I used to have peanut butter ice cream everyday about a year ago. It's my favorite dessert. But sadly, delicious peanut butter can really pack in the pounds, so I had to stop eating it, unless I wanna turn into something like . :D
