Hi guys. Well, I officially started my diet and exercise plan on September 4, 2005 with a 40 min walk. Sundays are usually not good for me because I tend to eat everything in sight, however, I was extremely careful and filled up on veggies and lots of water (was tempted to eat baked macaroni and cheese though, just a little bit!). On Monday I started with a cup of cream of wheat with 1% lowfat milk for breakfast; baked turkey, broccoli and carrots for lunch and dinner. On Tuesday I repeated the same breakfast and lunch and had a turkey sandwich on wheat toast for dinner. I then walked for 40 mins. Well, so far, so good! I am taking one day at a time.
